After working in some of the best restaurants around the world, Bondi Bowls founder Jamie Tones finally decided it was time to go it alone.

While living in Sydney it was here that he saw that fast food could be healthy & wholesome but still have serious flavour and personality and that this needed to be brought back to the UK.

The business started life as a delivery-only service from his flat in Ancoats during lockdown. After various residencies within events spaces in Manchester, Bondi Bowls set up its very first store in 2023 at Kampus!
